Hotel Kraft Florence

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel with a great location, just a short walk to the city center. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city, and the staff there made us feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel.

Exceptional beds, brilliant shower, wonderful breakfast , amazing staff. Perfect location to explore, lovely rooftop terrace with stunning views. Helpful staff stored baggage and took it to the room while we explored. Room a bit small for four, but overall clean and pleasant. Lovely rooftop pool and restaurant, with delicious food and impeccable service. Recommended!

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the river and within walking distance of all the main attractions. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious food and a stunning view. the rooftop pool was also a great bonus, perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot day of exploring.

The room I booked was beautifully designed and had an exceptionally comfortable bed, I slept well. They offered lots of options for buffet breakfast. Contemporary hotel with excellent customer service. Not to mention good wifi! Everything was great!

Our stay here was really great, best base for exploring Florence. The restaurant here was great, we both ordered awesome dishes.

We had a blast with our friends at this hotel. The convenient location allowed us to explore the town easily, while still enjoying peaceful evenings. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The pool was a hit with our teenagers, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked wonders, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the entire hotel. We loved the stunning views from the rooftop and pool area. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a wide variety of choices including amazing pastries and tarts.

We felt more than at home during our stay, with absolutely no reason to complain.

Great location in friendly neighborhood. Terrific view from terrace bar and rooftop pool. Clean room with new shower and bathtub. Helpful staff arranged cab and provided a Breakfast Box for early morning airport departure. Charming restaurant terrace on roof.

Staying here was an amazing experience! This place is in a good area away from the crowds, and in easy walking distance to the historic centre. I loved the outstanding customer service provided by the staff, especially the breakfast manager and the man who did our check-in on the reception desk. The hotel provided excellent amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna, fitness centre, and the delightful rooftop pool and sun terrace. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure to accommodate special diet menus.

I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to stay in a comfortable and luxurious hotel.
